This book walks you through the best times of year to give gifts, what the best type of gifts are, who to give gifts to and so on.
It seriously blew my mind and I can't wait to teach you 5 things that I learned.
The 5 things I learned are:
1. Decide what type of service you want to give! After you decide what type of experience you want to give, you need to go experience it. If you have staff, then they need to experience that level of service that you want your customers to experience.
2. Give gifts when your client isn't expecting it. They best times to give gifts is when the receiver isn't expecting it. Some of the best times of the year to give a gift is 4th of July, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, etc. If you are going to give a gift during the holiday, give it BEFORE all of the hustle and bustle starts.
3. Don't break the bank!
IF you aren't at a level where you can give huge gifts, don't worry about it. Don't break the bank. One of the best type of gifts you can give is a hand written note.
4. Give a gift, not a promotion!
Don't give gifts slapped with your logo all over it. That's not a gift, that's a promotion. If you want to give a gift, give something that they'll use everyday, that doesn't add to the clutter, and when you can, personalize the gift (like put the clients initials or name on the gift.)
5. Who do you give gifts to? Give gifts to your clients, potential customers, mentors, staff, friends etc.
