#48: How To Sell Your Products Using Facebook Live




Jodi is a earing designer who went from selling at craft shows and one monthly Facebook Live a month, to no more craft shows and ALL online.


Even with this pivot, Jodi has had her most successful months by only using Facebook Live and today she's going to share some of her tips & tricks so you can do the same!





Let's dive in and get Jodi's tips on how to sell our products using Facebook Live


#1 GO TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

Customers used to be able to go to your store, craftshow etc, but now we can't. So it's time to go to your customer, and one of the best ways is with Facebook Live. Women are craving connection and normal life. So throw a party, get consistent, have fun, and sell!


Even if you just make one sell, that's more than you would have made otherwise.

Like, you don't have to apologize for charging what your products are worth."

#2 GET YOUR CUSTOMERS TO SHARE

Jodi goes live on her Facebook Business page. As soon as Jodi goes live, she has her customers who are live with her to share on their page what they are watching, and then they are entered in a drawing to win a pair of earings.


#3 HOW TO TALK ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT ON FACEBOOK LIVES

During your Facebook Live you have to talk about your product since they can't feel it and touch it. Even in person, you have to tell people what your product is and how to use it and in the podcast she gave an amazing story of why that's so important.


Jodi's list of things to talk about:

-Weight & Size

-Texture -What to use it for (give as many examples as you can)

-Share how other customers are using it (are they giving it as gifts? keeping it for themselves? How do they use it?)

#4 BONUS: THE AFTER PARTY

One idea that I just LOVED, was after Jodi's sells all of her products, she stays on the live and designs new earings and asks the ladies for their input on material, size etc and just girl chat away. Jodi said that sometimes they will stay on live with her till 3am because they are craving community!
