Impostor syndrome is a psychological pattern in which one doubts one's accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud".
Have you ever felt that way?
Felt like a fraud? or an imposter?
Well girl, you are NOT alone, and I can't wait for you to dive into this episode!
How do you know if you have Imposter Syndrome? Here are a few signs:
Difficulty accepting praise
Fear of failure
Focus more on what you haven't done
You're convinced you're not enough
What does Imposter Syndrome do to you?
It keeps you stuck
Makes you move slowly
Kills your confidence
So are you ready to get rid of Imposter Syndrome and kick it to the curb?!
1. Check your heart.
You're in business to serve people! Get out of your head and serve with love!
2. "Is this true?"
When those negative voices come, asking if you're good enough and blah blah blah, ask yourself, 'is this true?'
3. Create a board of Awesomeness
Kind of like a vision board, create a board of all of your wins! You can go back as far as you want! Just create a board showing you of all of your wins and put it somewhere you'll look at it often.
4. Celebrate ALL of your wins!
This tells your brain that you are a winner! So the next time that imposter syndrome wants to creep in, your brain doesn't let it take over because your brain knows you're a winner!
