#25 3 Ways To Build Your Self Confidence

Ceci is one of those mamas that is so real! I love following her on instagram and she's so authentic which is why I really wanted her on the show to talk about 3 ways to build self confidence. Here are the 3 things she taught:

#1. SELF CARE


Self care isn't just all about the bubble baths and the massages, which are all awesome, it's more about taking time for yourself to do something FOR yourself that brings you joy. Ceci talked about how she takes time for herself in the morning and gave a list of things that she does FOR herself. Now girl, if you are not a morning person, or it's just not possible for you to do mornings, don't worry about it! The gold nugget from this is taking TIME for yourself. So look at your schedule and find what works for you.

#2. STOP THE NEGATIVE SELF TALK

It's usually when we look in the mirror that our negative talk starts talking so loud! So write down things that you love about yourself on a sticky notes and put them on your mirror.


#3. DON'T GIVE A HOOT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK


People will give their opinion whether you ask for it or not. Don't give what they say value. Hold tight to what you believe and know and move on.
